Since appearing in Steve McKnight's fabulous book 'From 0 to 260+ Properties in 7 Years', Troy and Bec have gone a long way. 

The property investing is now focussed on developing new properties, mostly in the Ballarat area and the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.  Both Troy and Bec are now working full time on the property investing business.

Learning so much about property over a short period of time and meeting many other property investors seeking to learn more about investing in property, Troy and Bec set up a property investor group which meets once a month in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.  With expert speakers and regular speakers such as Neil Gorman from Mortgage Choice and Brendan Kelly from ResultsMentoring.com organise for the meetings,  they are an excellent way for other beginner to advanced property investors can learn about the industry.
